    Sorry no pics for me, you need to use your imagination... cauliflower "fried" rice for lunch and for dinner, one pot tricolored vegetable pasta with Italian sausage, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan cheese.

    Today is a holiday so had 6 people for lunch. I made their favorite--Spaghetti w Clams.
    Spagetti, clams (Veraci type), garlic, EVOO, chopped tomatoes, red pepper, black pepper, and white wine (which I didn't have so used beer).

    Last night was bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on fresh sour dough rolls. Tonight is some kind of chicken, roasted broccoli and carrots, and buttered egg noodles. Since I had a late afternoon snack of Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey, I’m not hungry and feel unmotivated to figure out the chicken thing..

    Evening meal, nothing special and thrown together fast. Simple egg frittata made with eggs, salt and EVOO. Chopped tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, lemon pepper, salt and EVOO.
