    after getting out of work, fixed up a quick tuna salad sandwich and lemon tea, rested for 30 minutes, then did my workouts.

    I made chicken piccata using Palmini angel hair noodles (replacing pasta). Used almond flour to coat the chicken and of course capers, chicken stock (low sodium), a little butter (got to have some fat), fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fresh chopped Italian parsley.
