    Fruited chicken Salad: chunks of cooked chicken, combined with drained canned pineapple chunks, drained canned Mandarin oranges, a bit of grated onion.
    Sauce of mayonaise with 1 T of mustard, served over lettuce.

    Grilled zucchini, carrots and red onions sprinkles
    with parmaiana reggiano. Grilled chicken thighs. Tortillas al mano, hand made tortillas on the side.

    Dinner was Stir fry veggies: Red peppers, Onions, Mushrooms topped with Gauc & Sour cream.
    Come to think of it, yesterday was a vegetarian day.
    Breakfast was Multigrain toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas. Lunch was Brown rice with natto and egg.

    Chicken satay, rice, cucumber salad with Japanese goma dressing and tomato with Indonesian lalab dressing. The hubby and I don't agree about which brand of peanut satay sauce is best so we had three on the table. I like the funky one containing dried shrimp and quite a lot of chilli, he likes a mild one with quite a lot of coconut.
