    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Happy with the way the week went. I adjusted my maintenance calories lower and it seems to have sorted out the scale jumping around so much and the upward trend that was happening.

    Way out of the comfort zone and not something I ever thought I’d see myself doing but feeling really good about the whole thing!
