    I had a weekend of bad habits (Oktoberfest weekend), so I am just happy the scale didn't go up too much. Maybe next month I will hit my goal!

    8/31 - 182.6 - 4.2 lbs! loss for August. Happy!
    9/1 - 182.6
    9/3 - 182
    9/4 - Missed my update yesterday! Weight is up one pound today. Retaining fluid as usual. Late night, not enough sleep, not enough water, early weigh in. :disappointed:
    9/10 - 180.8 - Nice to see this number. I've been up and down the low 180's the past week.
    9/17 - 181.6 - Monday bloat. 😖
    9/24 - 179.8 - A new decade! Happy 😀
    9/30 - 179 - A 3.6 lb loss for September. A blessing! Thankful.

    September starting weight - 197.5
    September goal - 192.5
    Ultimate goal - 140lbs (hopefully even less but that's the goal for now)

    September 4 - 197.5
    September 11 - 196.5
    September 18 - 197.5 (ugh, hopefully water weight, ready to hit this next week though)
    September 25 - 195.5 (glad to be down again, not sure I'm going to hit the 5 lb mark but I'll take it)
    September 30 (Oct 1) - 197 (ugh)

    Total loss for September :- 0.5...so September was definitely not my month, will have to step it up in October!

    Starting weight: 198ish at 5'6", ( about a year ago so it has been really slow, but I'm now determined to go ahead and get and stay at goal weight)

    I logged every bite of food, plus I was much more consistent with exercise. These are nice habits to develop and will eventually lead to more good habits, with weight loss being a super nice side effect! I'm more than ready for October!
