Sync misfit ray

Hey I was connected with my fitness pal and my misfit ray tracker, however now my steps arnt being tracked on my fitness pal. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting but won’t work

Me too, I’ve just started with misfit ray and connected it to myfitness pal but steps are saying 0. Is this an ongoing problem? Seems to be a common complaint!
