    I'm with everyone else here, the five pounds is just a little water weight blip. Either due to Crossfit, time of month, lack of sleep, hydration, salt, weather...stress...could be any number of things. Keep doing the right things and it will drop back off.

    So you've lost 13 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. That's about 5 lbs per week which is a very aggressive rate.
