    Just turned 62 last month.
My second time around in mfp.
    Jan - October 2011 lost 75 lbs
went back to work, high stress/desk job... slowly gained it all back :(
    but...
Jan to October 2018 I have relost 60lbs so far... BUT in the last 3 months have developed Bursitis in left hip which has drastically affected my activity (and drastically slowed down my loss)..
I did manage to start a tai chi class a month ago (which I am loving despite the pain) and HOPEFULLY will soon have a cortisone injection to help get rid of this darned pain!

I intend to spends most of my 60s at a healthy weight and activity level... never give up, never surrender :)

    BTW...
You rock!... and look so much healthier/younger now! great work!

ShellyMacchi - thank you! It's great you didn't just gain your weight all back - but recommitted and lost it again and sorry to hear about your bursitis. You're exactly right - never give and never surrender. I wanted to enter my 60s in decent shape, too... we fall apart soon enough without helping contribute through not taking care of ourselves. Best of luck to you.
