SW: 265lbs (Feb 2016)
Lost 110lbs (Jan 2017) and now maintaining for almost 2 years
CW: 157lbs (Nov 2018)
I was told by a friend recently "Your too thin, maybe you should go to the gym...."
I've been hitting the gym since Feb 2016, I know I'm not a muscular guy but I didn't think I was doing that badly...
You look fantastic. Lean is also attractive. You look like a baseball or basketball player.
This is probably the worst picture that's ever been taken of me. Not sure what my weight was here, but I suspect it's a bit higher than the next picture. This was October of 2013.
My first actual 'before' picture when I decided I needed to make a change. 216.5 pounds. April of 2014.
This was taken today. I'm hovering around 150 pounds. I never imagined that I'd end up looking acceptable in a dress, or that I'd actually feel excited to purchase dresses.
Awesome progress. Did you find it hard to lose that upper part above your belly button stubborn or did it slowly melt as your weight came down? I ask as I have a similarly shaped stomach area. I call it the equator.
student life and not having money really effected my weight because at that time i could only afford cheap processed food and lack of education in portion control. money and a bit of growing up and getting inspired to make a change in what i was consuming made all the difference in my life. this year i started working out twice a day and so far ab gain is real. now my next goal is to start focusing more on my butt and legs. but its so crazy to think I have gone from such far ends. looking back now, i never realised how big i actually was untill now. never again

Y'all all look amazing!! I'm not fully where I want to be, but I'm closer than I've been in years. 5'8.5 SW: somewhere just over 230-235 CW:133-139 depending on fluctuations e.t.c. still working on building and toning muscle but hey 🤷🏼♀️😁
I'll add that from last month. This is just yesterday though
Starting 169lbs size 12 going 14 probably, 35 inch waist. Height at 5'5.5
Current is 129lbs size 4 going lower, 28 inch waist. Same height LOL!
Goal: Abs! I don't want to be skinny, I want to be fit and healthy.
Your stats are just like mine (i'm .5 inches taller, and started 2 lbs less than you, but same sizes on both ends) and you are an inspiration. I am at 134 lbs and am working toward 125-130. And that waist! I'm jealous! Great job!
