@craigo3154 Taught me that I have to start to promote the UAC a full week before the beginning of the next month. So, before I sleep tonight, I'll do the UAC December signup. I'll give you a link to that promotion tomorrow.
Due to the fact that team members move into and out of the UAC for many reasons, every month, I need your help to provide your voice to encourage others to be on this journey with us.

Exercise - 1h30 hilly run / 1h30 surfing

Not too bad really. Running hurt but not enough to stop me, that's some progress!! Woohoo!
Didn't stay surfing for long, waves a bit too big for me, did some wipeouts I didn't even understand how they happened. I just found myself in the water and...doh? Lol
Came out early so I managed to take a few videos of a friend surfing, he had mentioned he has been surfing since forever but never had a video or a photo of himself...done.7 -

Today, I worked out for an hour on the treadmill, repainted (and glitterized) a Christmas sign to hang on my front porch, and cleaned out to very cluttered cabinets in my kitchen. I would call today a success.8 -
Had a relatively relaxed day today with no strength and doing chores and a little shopping. Trying to break the weekend upward bounce.
Exercise: ✅ 74 minutes mostly walking. 10350 steps today
Calories: ✅ Under goal.

DId I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - had to go extra long anyway because of all the bread I ate earlier in the day, so 58 minutes on the mini-trampoline - TOTALLY finished this round's Wii Walk It Out game tour, and got everything set up to start a new tour tomorrow
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - thanks to extra walking, which brought me a total 40 calories into the green

Exercise: Started the day with 20 minutes of active stretching followed by 25 minutes of cardio and pushup intervals

Exercise: hiking hills for a couple of hours 16,010 steps It was easy, effortless, and so beautiful- I amSO grateful that I can now hike easily, enjoying the views!!

I went to sleep watching the stupid tv. Woke up without sufficient exercise for the day. I really wanted to go to bed but I forced myself to walk for 20 minutes since I had already used all 3 pass days. As we all know that would not have happened without the UAC.
