Breakfast: espresso with 1/2 tsp of maple syrup
Brunch: steel cut oats w/cinnamon & apple (as expected, it's fine without the maple syrup)
Dinner: grilled pork chop, mashed potatoes
Snack: roasted garlic hummus, Blue Diamond Nut-Thin crackers, olives, 85% dark chocolate2 -

Snack: A few bites of cake (like half a small slice)
Dinner: Pot Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, and sourdough bread
Dessert: Mango juice

Breakfast - steel cut oats with dried cranberries, brown sugar, vanilla & pecans. Coffee.
Lunch - IHOP 1 pancake with sugar free syrup (no butter), hash browns & 2 eggs over easy.
Dinner - baked salmon, steamed asparagus, mixed greens with pico de gallo as "dressing", and later I plan to have 4 mini cookies & Earl Grey tea.3 -
Breakfast: oatmeal with raspberries, chopped almonds and maple syrup. Two cups of tea with oat milk.
Snack: cucumber with salt.
Snack: oat milk matcha latte.
Lunch: big square slice of tomato, artichoke and olive pizza. Two more cups of tea.
Dinner: leftover tofu and shiitake stirfry with rice.
Later: 40 pistachios.

Slice of bread with PB2 with cocoa spread. Couple of the gardein fishless filets.
Quinoa, braised kale, grilled sweet potato, black beans, grilled portobello mushroom, avocado, almond parmesan, drizzled with lemon tahini sauce.

B- 3 pieces of anabolic french toast with pb2 and jelly (next time I will just do 2 slices) coffee
L- a huge portion of grilled chicken with purple onion and a slice of low fat cheese on a low catb wrap, greenbeans, and strawberries and 1/2 a small banana
S- no sugar crustless pumpkin pie with 1 graham cracker and reddi whip
D- dreamfields mac and cheese and peas
S- 1/2 halo top hazlenut ice cream
S- too much air poppped popcorn
Workout: Sydney Cummings 40 minute abs and cardio from today, and an older 15 minute total body dumbell workout. No walk today it was rainy and cold ❄

L: Stok Fueled cold brew, 4 Vans multigrain waffles with almond butter, plain whole-milk yogurt with cocoa powder added to it (which is a very underrated combo), some dried apricots, fish oil, and vitamin D3
D : whole-wheat elbow macaroni with turkey meatballs, Parmesan, and butter. Also, a plate of steamed spinach and a raw tomato with black pepper and paprika. And a mug of darjeeling tea.
S: Another mug of darjeeling tea and a Milky Way Midnight bar.
Workout: walked 4 miles3 -

Lunch: Homemade buffalo chicken bites with celery and greens on a protien tortilla
Snack: Tea and potentially a protein bar
Dinner: Spinach, shrimp, and feta bake over quinoa

❤ THANKS everyone for your thoughts and well wishes. ❤ Waiting for biopsy results and 3 of my fingers are still frozen..It make alot of things challenging especially since I'm right handed🤪

Chocolate protein shake and 1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half .
Lunch
Cup of vegetarian chili with the works(sour cream, red onion, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, oyster crackers). Small side salad and large ice water.
After lunch
1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half
Dinner
Thinking cottage cheese and fruit. My appetite isn't really back yet...

Breakfast: two cups of tea with oat milk; everything bagel with avocado and sliced tomato. Cucumber with salt on the side.
Snack: coffee with oat milk and a bite of panforte.
I wasn’t hungry again for most of the day...it was a big bagel! So, second meal was a very late lunch/early dinner: pasta e ceci with tomatoes and kale (an Italian pasta and garbanzo soup/stew).
Later: a glass of vino verde and 20 pistachios.3 -
Chickpea flour "omelette" with a couple slices of vegan cheese, spinach, and mushrooms
Sauteed chickpeas, green beans, and a few chick'n strips
Coffee cake muffin and choco no no's (vegan m&m's).
Toast with PB2 spread.
Seitan cutlet, roasted broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and mushroom gravy.
Might snack on sunflower seeds later.3 -

S- 2 pieces of anabolic french toast topped with 1tbs of pumpkin cream cheese
D- dreamfields mac and cheese with peas, tortilla chips with hummus totally random I know
S- the other half of my halo top hazlenut chocolate by the way 😼
Workouts: Sydney Cummings bootcamp from today, a 15 minute hitt on her channel, and a 30 minute walk with my babies 💞

I went back to my old junk food eating ways today Oh well!
B: nothing
L: Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and medium unsweetened iced tea (BTW did you guys know Wendy's medium fries have 5g of protein and are only 360 calories? I was suspicious of both of those claims but that's what it says on their website, so there you go.)
D : Amy's Organic southwestern burrito. Grits with soy milk, butter, onion flakes, and cayenne pepper. A salad of arugula, watercress, and strawberries (they had great strawberries at the store this week and they were on sale!) And a mug of black tea.
S: A few sips of peach juice because my husband bought it and I've never tried it before (it was good but I'd rather just have an actual peach). Some plain whole-milk yogurt with cocoa powder stirred in. Another mug of black tea. And then after that I had a bunch of calories left but all I wanted to eat was cookies, so I'm having a Nonni's triple chocolate biscotti and a whole bunch of Pepperidge Farm cookies from one of those variety boxes.5 -
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs, avocado, and cheese
Lunch: Udon noodle soup and 3 tempura shrimp
Snack: 2 pieces of chocolate
Dinner: Pot Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, and sourdough bread

Snack: 2 eggs, spinach, and a morningstar sausage patty on an everything bagel thin
Lunch: Buffalo chicken, greens, tomato, celery, carrot. Half ate as a salad, half on a small protein tortilla
Snack: Cottage cheese and strawberries. Likely a cup of tea soon too.
Dinner: Sheet pan chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli thing
Dessert: Either hot cocoa or a chocolate and cherry protein shake2 -
