    So many birthdays! Happy birthday to those as well!

    Breakfast: Loaded hashbrowns with peppers, onions, chicken sausage, and 2 eggs topped with hot sauce
    Snack: None
    Lunch: Everything bagel sandwich with cream cheese
    Snack: None
    Dinner: KFC extra crispy chicken, mac and cheese, cole slaw, biscuit
    Snack: Piece of chocolate cake and ice cream

    Breakfast - peach Greek yogurt w/ cinnamon and pecans, coffee

    Lunch - chicken lunch meat on wheat with mayo & mustard, carrots, blueberries & sugar snap peas.

    Dinner - tamale casserole with a little sour cream...and definitely 1-2 craft beers, it's been a long week!

    Lunch - Steak fajitas (steak, onions, and peppers) bowl with rice, greek yogurt, and cheddar cheese

    Dinner - Chicken with an artichoke, spinach, onion sauce

    While running errands
    A diet coke from McDonald's
    Lunch
    Carry out from Portillos. A pepper and egg sandwich with grilled onions, extra sweet peppers, American cheese, ghardinera on Gonnella French bread roll.. They make 2 sizes. I got the 9in and shared with my husband. A Side salad with house dressing , 1 onion ring and a few fries. Love this sandwich but is only available at lent..We have a follow vet appointment with Mason's knee surgeon to remove 1/2 of his staples. Poor little guy has 21 and will be in his cone for another week 🐶

    Dinner: miso ramen soup w/pork and mushrooms (shiitake & bunashimeji)

    Snack: 6 McDonalds spicy nuggets while out doing errands
    Lunch: Homemade cream of mushroom soup
    Snack: Another coffee with creamer
    Dinner: Paprika spinach and chicken with broccoli and homemade mashed potatoes
    Dessert: Leftover dark chocolate cake.... Likely another coffee cause I am just soooo tired today. Errands wipe me out. 😂😂

    Lunch: Costco hot dog and sprite
    Snack: None
    Dinner: KFC extra crispy chicken, mac and cheese, cole slaw, biscuit
    Snack: Mini chocolate bundt cake sent by my aunt for my birthday

    Saturday:

    Snack: None
    Lunch: McDonald's chicken nuggets and fries
    Snack: None
    Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs (made a huge batch of meatballs and frozen a ton)
    Snack: McDonald's chocolate chip cookie

    Breakfast - fridge oats with vanilla Greek yogurt, diced strawberries, flax & chia. Coffee.
    Lunch - lunch serving of kung pao chicken, 1/2 serving steamed rice, 1 crab rangoon & split a bowl of egg drop soup with my husband.
    Dinner - 2 slices of Target's spinach & goat cheese pizza, 2 bottles of Peroni

    Today
    Breakfast - toast with tomato jelly on 1/2, apricot preserves on 1/2. Fried egg w/ hot sauce, coffee.
    Lunch - bowl of lentils, blueberry banana smoothie made w/ almond milk & hemp protein.
    Dinner - taco salad from a local Mexican restaurant, Cadbury egg later.

    Sprouted whole grain bagel toasted with smear of butter so the cinnamon sticks and 1/2 a mini box of raisins on top. Large ice water
    Lunch
    Large salad with kidney beans, diced red onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers with lots of black pepper and hit of parmesan cheese. Large ice water (32oz)
    After lunch
    A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Dinner
    Probably a bowl of fruit and a large ice water.

    Snack: Coconut almond built bar, another coffee with creamer
    Lunch: Vegetable and barley soup with triscuits
    Snack: Cottage cheese with pepper sprinkled on top, a banana
    Dinner: Paprika spinach and chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli
    Snack: Likely a cup of peppermint tea

    Today dinner was pasta with lots of lovely sweet onions, garlic, a self-made tomato sauce (well, bits and paste to cover the pasta) and chorizo. Covered in feta. Very tasty, lots of lovely carbs, and very filling. And now a piece of cake.

    Lunch
    A large salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, celery, carrots, kidney beans, a box of mini raisins, some chopped pecans, lots of black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Large ice water
    After lunch
    A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Dinner
    Bowl of fresh fruit with some coconut flakes on top and another large ice water.
    Workout was 1/2 hour on the treadmill and the 21 day fix upper body workout..I want to cut my treadmill time and start weights, yoga and some full body workouts for the other 1/2 hour. Missing the variety. Happy menus everyone 😊

    Breakfast - 2 blueberry toaster waffles w/ sugar-free syrup, 1 hard-boiled egg & coffee

    Lunch - baked potato w/ TVP "taco meat", sour cream, tons of (cooked) bell peppers & onions. Piece of Wensleydale white chocolate raspberry cheese.

    Dinner - Belgian waffle w/ each slice topped a different way - coconut butter & shredded coconut, chocolate chips, strawberries & butter/syrup. Decaf coffee and a 90 cal packet of thinly sliced ham.
