    My maintenance range is now 165-169 (it's where I feel best)!! :smiley: It's taken me a minute to find my ideal weight range :p:D It's all about the journey!! :blush:

    You are such an inspiration! Maintenance is definitely not easy!

    I’m still struggling to find mine. I keep going back and forth on what my ultimate goal weight is. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    280 lbs to 190 lbs (ultimate goal = 180 lbs)
    XXXL t-shirt to a L
    42 waist to a 34 waist

    DIET: no special diet or restrictions..just stayed at a strict & consistent calorie deficit, weighing every piece of food that enters my mouth!

    EXERCISE: cardio and weight training 7 days a week, alternating days.

    Amazing results within a short time. Inspiring. Looking forward to my own similar journey.
