Fleeing police custody, she slipped on a banana peel and landed in the same position as her photo causing massive hematoma. Death came weeks later after family pulled the plug.

He impaled himself on a window bar whilst breaking back into prison.
Investigators later discovered a diary at his house describing his torment and evident separation anxiety.
Supposedly, he had been pining for his cell mate "Tootsie" and the home like comfort they had created together.

She thought she was reincarnated from past life so she took sleeping pills in thinking she would come back as a bird . No one ever found out what really happened.

He was crushed by unmerciful weight, his death was fast, but not painless.

Onlookers were astounded by his valorous success in single handedly lifting a car off a trapped animal, allowing its baffled owner to retrieve it.

His last words are believed to have been "Get...at....it, you...got....thisssss!" before gravity sealed his fate.

It was later understood the rescued animal was actually a jacket! The owner had left it behind the previous night after a few too many at the local pub had her retching in the gutter.

The jacket although saved was not salvageable.

Upon a sweeping clifftop, preparing for an appreciable marriage proposal.
Taz, aged 28 fell 33' to an unfortunate death.

His distraught Girlfriend told of the moment he plummeted.

"He had artfully arranged flower petals in a heart shape around us before lighting sparklers to write a message of love, it was during an interpretive dance move that he turned, stepping straight off the ledge".

It wasn't the snakebite; no, the snake wasn't venomous.
It wasn't the fact that the dog attacked the snake, wrapping it around her legs, as it tried to protect her.
It wasn't when she tripped and fell, because of the snake wrapped around her legs and the dog holding on to its tail, because this whole thing went down in a pillow factory of all places. Weird, right?
No, it was the sheer anticipation of watching her phone (how she missed the snake), refreshing the "How will you die" thread on MFP for over a day in an attempt to divine the future--the stress did her in.

p.s. Watch out for snakes, yo
