Weight lost this week: Just going by the scale, I gained the 1.8 pounds back that I lost last week. My ten day average weight is literally unchanged. Looks like maintenance to me, and I'm within my maintenance range, but I'm still a few pounds above my ultimate goal. I should also note I had another bounce mid-week up to 149. (over three pounds in two days), but at least it was a smaller bounce than last week and didn't get as high. It was just BARELY out of my maintenance range.
February Goal: Lose 1.8 pounds from ten-day average to weigh below 145
February Actual: So far... it's mixed. Scale weight is unchanged from the beginning of the month, but ten day average is up four tenths of a pound.

Still loss but not crazy and I can get back on the horse in the spring.)

I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

Weight lost this week: It hasn't been a full week, but it's the last day of the month. Just going by the scale, I lost almost a pound. My ten day average weight is down two pounds. My average and scale weight hasve stayed well within my maintenance range (scale weight for nine days and average all month). I'm just under two pounds above my ultimate goal.

End of Winter (Mar. 22):
Weight lost this week: Just going by the scale, I neither gained nor lost an ounce even though I'm up 2.6 pounds in three days. My ten day average weight is down 2.3 pounds. My average and scale weight have stayed well within my maintenance range this week. My scale weight only went slightly out of that range five days in February; my average weight has not been out of range at all in February. I'm still 3.6 pounds above my ultimate goal, but just under two if I go by my ten-day average.
March Goal: Lose 1.8 pounds from ten-day average to weigh at or below 143
March Actual: Scale weight is up 0.8 pounds from the end of February, but that's just ONE day. Ten day average is down 0.3 pounds in that same day, so it's not all that bad.
Challenge Weight loss goal: Eight pounds between December 21 and March 21
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: 7.0 pounds based on scale; 6.2 pounds based on 10-day average
