    I've lost about 100, but it's starting to get away from me due to a hip.

    CW: 169.4
    GW: 150

    If I can be back in the 150's by Valentine's, I'll be thrilled.

    I forgot to post yesterday, oops! Lost another lb. Pretty happy with my progress so far. Was originally aiming for 1.5 lbs a week but I think I’m going to need to hope for closer to 1 lb a week now that I’m closer to my goal. Kind of a bummer because I wanted to be at my goal weight for my sister-in-law’s wedding in May but I’ll still be pretty dang close. Not quite sure I will hit a 10 lb loss by Valentine’s day either but I’ll keep working and see how close I can get :)

    Keep up the good work! I was hoping for 2 a week and I’m learning fast it’s going to be closer to one pound per week. It’s hard to be so patient with so much sacrifice. Like you, I started the challenge at 146 January 1. Aiming for 120 by June. I am 142 currently.

    In that case, the question becomes "What have you changed / slipped back into doing? What can / will you change going forward to restart progress?"

    I would like to join! I am a little late.... but I am a 5 foot tall female and I weigh ~149. I would like to get under 145 and as close to 140 as possible by valentines day! Any tips or help appreciated.

    Otoh the lower your weight the less you have to lose for it to be noticeable.
    I like that you put your health (slower pace of loss) before vanity (a certain weight at SIL wedding)

    The first month I started eating more healthfully I lost a ton of water weight too. I think it’s pretty normal and wouldn’t worry about it unless you keep seeing huge drops for extended times.

    Completed a second week of my hulk routine...though I did skip the second round of chest/back because my back was unhappy, and I skipped the second round of shoulders/legs because I was late getting home and ran out of time....but 4 of 6 days were done and that's way better than none!

    That's a good challenge! I have been on myfitnesspal for several years to help me maintain my eating habits and weight. I have been looking through some different products to help kick start my weight loss after this crazy holiday season! I am an athlete and this past holiday I let myself gain almost 10 pounds and it most certainly wasn't muscle!

    My weight is still jumping everywhere and so help me if the incessant weepies and sore boobs from this like 3rd week of constant PMS don't stop, then I just may go entirely insane. On the plus side, my skirt feels loose around the waist today, and I'm not going to fret the stupid scale.
