    It has only been three days for me on this challenge. Like I always do, I have great success starting out. My weakness is sustaining discipline for a long period of time. Hopefully, this thread will help me with accountability by encouraging me to report progress each Monday.

    This week's successes: I had more energy and started working out again, even if it was only a little.

    This week's challenges: I ate pretty poorly this week and went over my calorie goal pretty much every day and but a decent amount too. Unsurprisingly, I didn't lose at all.

    Next week's goal: To not beat myself up and just clear my mind.

    I still need to drink water, I know this would make a HUGE difference for me at least 32 oz a day.
