This week's challenges: Loss of .3 lbs this week doesn’t reflect how hard I’ve been working, but I have been eating later and sleeping poorly so hoping for better results next week. I’ve been tracking daily so I’m used to some weeks being better than others, but still frustrating when your logging and exercising daily.
