I didn't hit my 52 pounds in 52 weeks goal so that is a bummer but I am choosing to be happy with the weight loss that I did have. I learned a lot and I spent 4 months off the rails with my eating. I am most happy that I managed to get back on track. This challenge really helped with that. I didn't want this challenge to be another thing that I started and didn't finish so knowing that I was committed to posting really helped me regain control. Here's to beginning a new year and a new challenge!

Please count me in, I'd like to join. I've done MFP with success before and need to start up again. While my plan is to lose less than 52 pounds, I like the year long commitment so that I can focus on maintaining once I get to a realistic goal.
