No surprise based on my terrible eating since the last weigh in.
Disappointed in myself.

I expected this after tweaking my back last week, but a 1/2 pound loss is still a loss. Next week I got to get back on track to meet my 1 pound loss per week goal.1 -

Woke up today with conjunctivitis. So that's a fun new addition.

I have back ache for two weeks and fever.I am suffering a lot.On bed but still counting calories. Remain in budget but carbs are in diet these days.Seeing 200 I felt really bad.1 -
