Hello 👋
I was wondering if anybody in here has followed the snake juice diet by Cole Robinson. I know someone close to me, who had amazing results by doing the snake juice diet. A couple of hours on YouTube watching videos and learning. That's all it takes. Cole Robinson lives in Canada and has been on a few TV shows like the doctors. The science behind this diet is mind-boggling. How we spend so much money investing in programs like Weight Watchers and Beachbody yet we don't look at the snake juice diet which is free and cool Robinson is getting information out to people because he does not like the way the dieting industry scams people for money.
What do you guys think? What are your results?

I'm terrified of snakes, that's what I think.2

Umm, is this literally snake oil?
I've never heard of it. You don't need to pay for anything, just log your food and hit your calorie goal. No snakes required.17 -
Is a special blender required to juice up the snakes?4
-
Isn't "The Doctors" the show for snake oil salesmen to use when they can't afford to buy time on Dr. Oz? So this diet must be second rate snake oil.10

Involves extended periodic fasting (not just regular IF type fasting), has you drink "snake juice" with pink salt, talks about clearing toxins from your liver and breaking sugar addictions and speeding your metabolism . . . so many kinds of nope, all in one place!
Besides, I already lost from obese to healthy, and maintained for 3 years since, using this one:

Just as free, no need to watch hours of Youtube, doesn't require snake juice, but I gotta admit: It won't make you sound as special to your friends as the "snake juice diet". LOL.21 -

When I imagine someone promoting this to me, I immediately see someone in leopard print spandex and a leather motorcycle jacket with lots of buckles and zippers. Possibly with one foot on an amp.13

Created by a "self described fasting coach". The site is weapons grade flaming woo.
This is an artists rendering of my actual reaction after viewing the page...

But wait! There's more! There's even a tutorial on how to "Become a Snake Diet Influencer" including posting on social media with the right hashtags and everything.

I could introduce you to the snakes out here in Australia if you like.8 -
I make it a primary life goal to avoid snakes in pretty much every possible form.
I just eat like a normal person and lose just fine. No reptiles involved at all. Thank goodness.6 -

Quote from "The Doctors" web site concerning this segment:Dr. Jedidiah Ballard tells Cole, “You are confident, you’re well-spoken, you’re charismatic. If I didn’t have an exercise science degree, a medical degree, and 20 years of intensive self-study, I would personally believe you. But what you are telling people is bullsh*t and it’s not safe!”
Looks like even cheesy popularizers don't have much praise. I guess we're not meant to look this stuff up, when people use the "social media influencer" method.

Oh dear. When will people understand that you just need to EAT LESS to lose weight. I guess snake oil is more interesting2

Paperpudding on the snake juice diet

What about those of us who live in New Zealand? We don't have snakes. Are we just supposed to stay fat?6

Are gummy worms OK?10

I ate rattlesnake in Utah last year. Organic rattlesnake, whatever non-organic rattlesnake is. I don't think I lost weight.2

Considering what I know of the snake population in Australia... that's a diet that's sure to work.
Just a little catch: the likelihood of requiring immediate and emergency medical attention is also quite high.

But during your hospital stay, you'll likely be on an IV for a while to supply your nutritional needs, so maybe that's the "juice" part of the diet.1 -

Tl;dr? "The Doctor's" TV show, which is a less popular show in the Dr. Oz genre, pans it outright, which say A LOT.5 -

I wish I could find him literally endangering people's lives amusing, but I don't. He's nothing but a loud, foul-mouthed blow hard.4 -
