Going strong

I've had great success with myfitnesspal in the past. I lost almost 70 pounds. But I fell off the wagan and fell hard. Over 4 years I gained almost 50 pounds back. January 1 was my day 1 to get back on track. I have been doing intermittent fasting 16/8 and I have lost 12 pounds so far. I am hoping that I continue to have success with this method.
Has anyone else tried this method? Any tips or suggestions?
