Staying on track!

Hello! I’m starting to use this app again and I need some help. I’ve tried time and time again to lose the weight but I need some help staying on top of it! So feel free! Could definitely use some motivational people in my life!!

    When you've tried before, what has stopped you from sticking with it? Getting to the root of that will help you stick at it long term. If that's a recent picture of you, you don't have a lot to lose, so perhaps previously you've gone too aggressive, it's common to want results straight away but it often won't stick long term.
