So after really letting myself go over the past 3 years I’ve decided to get serious about my health and weight again. I’m currently 272lbs standing at 6’0 and 30 years old. My goal is to get back down to 195 pounds or 220 pounds lean. I know I’ve got a long road ahead of me but I can do this! tips and support will be greatly appreciated ! :)

    Hey, take it one day at a time. Get a good food scale and measuring cups and spoons. Trust the process and find exercise that you enjoy. Feel free to add me if you like.
