    Had one banana left, added peanut butter and bread. My sammich was pretty good.

    Smoothish...it's like all natural so it seems to be a bit of everything. As I was eating it I was thinking I wish the makers of peanut butter didn't *kitten* with the recipe to begin with so I wouldn't have ever known how amazing smooth peanut butter was. Now I just look at all that oil on top and try to stir it in the best I can but it will never be the same.

    I learned by storing the jar upside down, the oil isn't much of a problem anymore.

    I do this too. Works fairly well.
