Hi, I've been a member for almost a month. I have lost 7 lbs.
I'm an oldie but goodie.
73 years old.
I've finally given in to this fact. Write it down, record it and keep track of what you are eating. The only way.
Any other oldies out there?

Not an "oldie" but I completely agree with writing food consumption and exercise down. I didn't realize how much I was consuming until I saw the numbers.0
