    I DON’T QUIT WHEN I’M TIRED…..I QUIT WHEN I’M DONE!

I am weighing in on the First and the Last day of each month for a full monthly account.

    MY STATS:

    Highest weight ever (2014/2015): 253
Original starting weight for this current journey : (1-11-2018) 235.0
    February starting weight – 186.9
    February goal - 180 lbs
    February Actual End Weight: 188.8

    Weight/Comment:

    Feb 01 - 186.9
    Feb 08 - 186.7
Feb 15 - 189.0 It was a very nice valentine’s day luncheon & pot luck dinner. And it shows. 3 days of upcoming travel will not help next week’s bottom line either.
Feb 22 - 188.8 Well, it went down a drip. I obviously will not lose the 5 pounds I had hoped for, but I will work my butt off everyday to get my best result possible with the time I have left. Had a trip planned, but cancelled due to bad weather upcoming so my final weigh-in will still be on the 28th.
    Feb 28 – 188.8 Epic Fail

Final Challenge Thoughts: + 1.9 pounds during a heavy travel & social month. I pray March will be better.

oh dear I have lost and gained 10 pounds probably about 100 times now....and it is frustrating obviously but most important to look at those number you came from.....you have done amazing already but need to keep pushing...I came originally from pretty heavy weight ....and now I am doing best I can not to get up there again...with chronic back pain....constant pain in my ankles when I get on any cardio machine and occasional knee pain I still keep going hehe
    we can do this!!!!!

I will continue to weigh daily throughout March. It usually keeps me accountable from having that second helping, knowing that I will be weighing in the morning. I also like to look for trends, so daily weighing.

    February loss was 1.9 pounds
February 28 - 174.8 - burned off mega calories yesterday too, but still up in weight this morning. Low on sleep.

March 01 - 174.3 - Will copy to the new thread when it is posted
March 02 - 173.7 - Unbelievable, I was so disappointed with February, being so diligent about burning lots of calories, eating carefully, and barely losing weight - that last night I had (in defiance) a giant steak, corn, sour cream, potatoes etc., way over my calorie allotment. I truly expected to see a gain this morning.

    Feb 8th: 137.7

February loss: meh. Need to put more effort into it. Working 12 days in a row hasn't helped.

Same here, Jenn! NSV over here--losing inches-- but I want to see the number--I've got to see the number! Top it off it's almost (TOM) for me so I don't even think I'm going to step on the scale until I know the hormonal weight is over. Mentally, it would be discouraging, so I'm not up for that! I don't know I may bite the bullet and weigh-in out of sheer curiosity (or stupidity!) lol J/K...We'll see.

@tramaine_21 Seriously! The number on the scale matters. Try as we might to be OK without the positive reinforcement of a lower number as a reward for the effort, it is downright maddening when the numbers don't cooperate. I am up the last few days for no particular reason. I am old so no more TOM for me, but yeah I remember how frustrating that was. Now I can't even blame that LOL!

We are taking Friday and Monday off and going camping. I will probably eat a bit more than I should...but I log everything so I don't get too carried away!

Hang in there, girlie...We will get there! 😁

    Jenn

I'm still hanging in there. I've come too far to quit. Grr!
