2019 SW: 72.8kg; since May 2018: highest 75, lowest 69.6kg
GW: 62-67kg depending on how it feels
R66 end weight: 71.6kg, R67 & most R68 holiday

Coming back for the last three days of this round, back to logging from today and aiming to get rid of my travel belly & water retention.

Tue 02/19 72.9kg - brought back my digital scale.
First day back to logging after holiday. Plan to go for a run and walk today and also do a grocery shop.
