Currently 230.
Goal weight: wherever I’m at when I have a visible six pack (if I can ever get there)
Amazing results, well done.14 -

I'm 280 in my heaviest pic in the profile collage. I was heavier previously but don't have any photos of that.

I urge you and everyone else to think twice about taking phentermine. My doctor informed me that there were studies indicating it causes AFIB in some people.
Seconded. Several friends and I were on it in the '90s... it was amazing for killing my appetite and I lost weight, but it did a number on my friends' health. And the moment you go off of it, you want to eat everything in sight. Never again.5 -
Hopefully the next 25 lbs will take the moobs off too...
If you are not seeing them decrease in proportion with the rest of your body measurements/dimensions as the weight loss proceeds, I would recommend you see your doctor and request a medication review/medical history/physical exam/hormonal panel/etceteras to rule out gynecomastia.

I went to a doctor this year and had a hormone panel done. He said everything they checked was all within normal ranges.
Based on my pictures as I progress (I've got photos for every 10 lbs I lose), they are decreasing, but quite slowly.
After I'm below the threshold for overweight BMI, I'm planning to go back to the doc. That's why the next 25ish pounds are important.5 -
The heaviest I ever weighed was 285 , that I know of. I was getting very close to the big 300! I'm 54, 6'1". Photo on the right was taken tonight before my workout. The journey continues.

👍
Always a pleasure to learn it isn't being overlooked anymore.

I'm curious, what did you do to lose the weight? How long did it take you? Oyr starting weights are the same and I would love to reach that goal weight.3 -

4XL to XL, around 370 is starting. Don’t know my current weight, but not finished yet. Current progress is from lifting the past 3 years. Hardly any cardio and still eating what I want. Just started eating better the last couple of months. Follow me on IG if you’d like for my journey: Tez_Lyn and/or add me on here!
