    At the end of the movie when the main character has to kill his son and all in his vehicle to avoid them facing a gruesome death at the hands of monsters. He only has enough ammo for everyone except himself. After killing everyone he awaits his own death from the approaching noise. As he waits the fog starts to lift and the noise he feared was that of approaching military vehicles and personnel....
