Diet Drinks and Artificial Sweeteners

I love me some Coke Zero but have found that it leaves me feeling hungry all day long, so it's best to just give it up. We've been sticking to flavored seltzers lately and coffee (with monkfruit for sweetness) for caffeine. On the weekends, we splurge on a low carb Monster. Whatever that sweetener is doesn't have the same effect as aspartame.
Monster uses sucralose and ace-k in it's low calorie versions, so no aspartame.2 -
Maybe things are different in Canada but alot of diet sodas here use Sucralose not aspertame but I have had no trouble with either one. I use Diet soda and koolaid water drops daily.1
