02/12: 191.4 5am. Meals prepped and logged for the day. Goal H2O 80 oz and walk throughout the day. Will get a workout in later this week.
02/13: 188.7 idk about this. Worked out a lot after work and had a light dinner. Goal again today 80oz h20 and work out. New mini goal to keep myself on track hot pink vapor max and matching gym outfit once I break 184.9 🤷🏽♀️
02/14:187.6 80 oz h20 yesterday and workout completed after work. I have a late night tonight so no workout.
02/15: 188.6 80oz water yesterday. Planning a workout this evening. Water goal for today met also
02/16: 188.4 workout ✅ water goal 80 oz✅ nice long stretch after work tonight

02/19: 187.0 soo close to new shoes. Will be at home for the next seven days, really need to meal prep so I don’t make bad choices

2/16 129.0 Eating all of the leftovers in preparation for our trip! Odd combinations and not enough water. Greek salad today so leftover will be lunch before we go to the airport tomorrow. I’m so excited to meet puddlegoober!

2/18 MY BIRTHDAY! * No scale! Boarding ship for 3 short back to back cruises, 11 days total. I may post tomorrow from Catalina and definitely will post when we get back to Long Beach. Ate bread and someone squealed and they brought a tiny birthday cake and sang happy birthday.
2/19 * Eating back on track except for the necessary little dish of Raisin Bran. OMG the carbs!
2/20 * Ensenada stayed on ship.
