first week loss

hi, in so happy, ive lost 4lbs my first week, on 1400 calories. ive been trying Weight watchers since last August and not lost anything. ive counted everything but still allowed myself a dairy milk little bar if I need a choc fix and also allowed myself a few glasses of wine.
im so pleased something has actually worked 😊

    Congrats1 Thats awesome! I found upping my calories to 1480 i am losing more than a 1200 calorie diet! Keep up the good work! :)
