    03/14 - 274.4 - Had a great PT session last night. My trainer really pushed me and I upped quite a few of my weights on some lifts. I also joined the gym yesterday so I can do my training another day during the week. I am out on Saturday night so i'm trying to save a few hundred calories here and there so I don't go over my weekly calorie goal.
    03/15 - 274 - So achy from Wednesdays PT session! It's just over 9 weeks till my cousins wedding and I told myself I was going to complete the C25K before it. So going to start that with some friends tonight. Got a busy busy weekend this weekend. Up first thing tomorrow to get the horses done, PT session at 9, meeting up with friends at 10:30 for breakfast, at a 1st birthday party in the afternoon and then an engegement party at night! Hope I can track my food and alcohol for the day! Started the C25K
    03/16 - 272.2 - Had a PT session, out for breakfast, at a buffet lunch and takeaway tea!
    03/17 - 274.2 - Ok with this after yesterdays food!
    03/18 - 273.4 - One off PT session tonight with the OH
    03/19 - 273.2 - Did W1 D2 of the C25K

    03/21 - 272.2 - Had a great training session last night. It was only me who turned up so I ended up having a personal one! Started doing deadlifts with barbells. :smiley:
    03/22 - 272 - Went for a run again last night, I really struggled with my legs. It's something that i've had a while. My earliest memory of it was about 16! It doesn't happen every time but when it does it's just so painful, almost like that painful stage of cramp. I started getting it during my warm up so knew I wasn't in for a good session. I had a quick google and located the pain in the Peroneal Tendons. No idea what it could be. Meant to be running again tonight.

    03/14 177.1 Stayed withing calories and walked 4 miles last night. It was 64 degrees and sunny after being SUPER rainy all morning. It was a great walk and a good dinner after. I had hoped to see something a little lower this morning but I guess not.

    03/15 176.9 Sure I saw 175 but only briefly, damn flirty scale. Walked 3.5 on the treadmill at the gym. Made sure I was under the HGTV screen because at least it's something interesting to watch while I'm walking hooked up my headphones and boom - the channel goes out. Talk about first world problems. I should be able to walk outside this afternoon at 47 and sunny. Happy Friday all! Here's to good choices this weekend.

    03/16 No Scale but I walked Friday night and Saturday.

    03/17 177.7 I hate this weight. I've been here for approximately 20 days and another 10 days at an even higher weight. Spent the day babysitting my niece who was cranky, she is not enjoying being weaned.

    03/18 177.5 I feel like I need to change things up. I have been at this same basic weight for a month. It's super frustrating. I need to think about what to do. Keeping my head down and doing the same thing isn't working and it's time to address that. I spent yesterday going thru all my winter clothes and donated 2 bags. It occurred to me that I probably have no summer/spring clothes that fit me. Lots of big comfy tshirts but I don't know if I have a single pair of capris or shorts that will fit. I know it's just March but shopping season never ends :wink: :wink: :wink:

    03/19 No Scale Traveling again. I decided to eat maintenance for a few days to give myself a break. Still exercising and tracking but I set my calories at 1700 and I'm not going to freak out about it. I got in 3 miles last night though not on the cool trail. I'm going to try to do the cool trail tomorrow on the drive home. Tonight is weights, I upped several weights last week and was a little sore, we'll see how it goes tonight.

    03/20 No Scale Meetings this morning, then driving home with a planned stop along the Katy Trail for a quick walk. If you're in Missouri you should check it out, if I had more time I'd try other stops.

    03/21 179.1 Sodium and two days of driving has upped this number. Got in 3.2 miles and was very happy to spend an hour outside on the first day of spring walking along the Missouri river before it's too high to do so safely. Eating at maintenance was harder than I thought. I'm giving myself until Monday. I was, with exercise within calories yesterday but it was a close thing. An old friend is staying with me for a few days and we went to dinner last night after the long drive home.

    03/22 179.1 I didn't expect anything so this is what it is. No exercise yesterday, calories within goal. I'm going to try and enjoy the weekend. I've got I-don't-want-to-workitis so badly today it's all I can do to sit in my office. Add to that my boss is out of the office and it's sunny and warm. I predict that I will NOT work until 5:00 today. I'm guessing 3:30ish and a long walk, my brain needs it.

    Round 71: This round I need to stay focused on my monthly goal even though I’ll not have a scale to step back on until 3/26! The number of the scale moves up and down whether or not I'm stepping on it daily for the reminder. Reminder to self to continue tracking streak, reduce snacking on poor choices, drink more water and be active every day in some way shape or form!

    3/15 - 233.5 - walked 1+ mile, yoga, plank, hand weights, gardened, 13164 steps, 64 oz water, track, AF. Pasta for lunch & dinner … bad choice. Really pushed myself to get the yard in shape M-Th this week!
    3/16 - 232.7 - walked 1+ mile, bike 15 min, 8298 steps, 48 oz water, track, AF.
    3/17 - 233.5 - hiked Bull Creek, 9455 steps, 48 oz water, track, V. Car ride to/from Austin. Too much pasta and pumpkin cookies over the past 3 days.
