Water percentage

Bought some new scales. They measure weight, body fat percent, water percentage and BMI. For the past 2 weeks my weight hasn't changed but my body fat percentage which has lowered. I'm more worried about my water percentage as it's 44% and says a lady my age should be 70%ish but I drink easily 2 litres a day. I don't know how to get it to a healthy percentage

Those scales are notoriously inaccurate for everything but your weight. I would not worry too much about it.
But also, that woman is wrong. Body water fluctuates between about 45 and 60 percent in adult women. It should only be 70 percent if you were an infant. So you are right about fine anyways even if your scale is accurate.3 -
I would ignore everything except the weight and BMI, a scale simply can't measure those other things accurately.2

Yep. I've pretty much written off all those additional measurements as little more than gimmicks used to let companies jack the price of scales up.0
