Going over and or not meeting my daily macros or calories intakes.

So I have started a macro based diet and I am having a hard time meeting my calorie intake which is 1,425 and my break down is 178 carbs, 89 protein, 40 fat. I have noticed that I have been going over a lot on Fats and protein and never reaching my carbs. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I do work a third shift schedule so I think that as a little to do with me never reaching my calorie goal but I’m never starving. It’s been three weeks and Fats are always over and crabs are never reached. Help!

    Being over protein and fat and under carbs isn't a big deal, in my opinion, but meeting your calorie target is. How much are you undershooting? A bagel's worth perchance?
