So I have started a macro based diet and I am having a hard time meeting my calorie intake which is 1,425 and my break down is 178 carbs, 89 protein, 40 fat. I have noticed that I have been going over a lot on Fats and protein and never reaching my carbs. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I do work a third shift schedule so I think that as a little to do with me never reaching my calorie goal but I’m never starving. It’s been three weeks and Fats are always over and crabs are never reached. Help!

What is your goal? What are you trying to achieve?1

Being over protein and fat and under carbs isn't a big deal, in my opinion, but meeting your calorie target is. How much are you undershooting? A bagel's worth perchance?3

If your goal is to lose weight, calories are the most important thing. Macros are not directly relevant to weight loss. Get a food scale if you don't already have one, and use it to weigh all solid food. If you aren't using a food scale, you're eating more than you think you are.
Having said that, it's a good idea for your health to get the minimum amount of fat and protein, which you are. It's generally fine to be under on your carbs, unless you have a particular reason why you need or want to eat a particular amount of carbs (or you have a reason why you need to reduce fat intake).5
