    3/26-…..187.6 ….. Finally in the right direction. Going now to check out the butt exercises Tish gave the link to. No flat butt for me in this weight loss. I want CURVES and shape!

    April 2, 2019- …..191.2 ….. I have been eating my emotions this past week. It’s got to stop!
    4/09- …..190.0 …..Up & down this past week. This landed lower by miracle!
    4/16- …..191.8…..Dealing with the death of my sister. I just can’t focus right now on any of my goals. I hope I can get back on track soon. I hope you all will be patient with me.
    4/23- …..194.3 ….. Easter week & continued to eat in grief. Starting my way back this week to a new & better version of me. Healthier!

    4/30- ….196.8. ….. I was hoping to be 6 lbs down this month & ended up over 6 lbs up. I’m going to work harder & smarter.

    May 7- …..195.6 …..Weigh in just after Chinese Buffet & fluid retention. However, still showing a loss!
    5/14- …..192.7….. I’m very pleased with this. I worked hard to meet a birthday goal & it payed off. Overate on Mother’s day but no weight gain because I got sick. Food poisoning? Yikes…..

    5/28- …..195.1 …..Weighed morning after Holiday BBQ & guests. Back on track starting today.

    June 4- ….194.8. ….. Better than last weigh-in but I know I can do better. I must be low on water or electrolytes. I’m not sure which. I woke up with severe cramping in my feet. Charlie Horses. I’m never sure which deficiency causes this.
    6/11- …..195.9 …..Last minute unexplained gain. Lots of travel in upcoming week so I don’t hold out much hope for improvement but will stick to plan & exercise as best and as often as I can.
    6/19- …..198.7….. 3 days of travel & restaurants this past week and it shows.
    6/25- …..196.6 …..Back on track & keeping my eye on the prize!

    July 2- …..193.6 ….. I am pretty sure I am fat adapted at this time. My hunger seems at bay. It also helps that I’ve no travel or trips lately. I do better at home & away from so many temptations……

    Had a crazy week (mostly meant in a good way) so didn't get to actually weigh myself properly. But this week and the next couple are also going to be pretty hectic. Moving back across the world! I just hope that I can still lose something and have time to track it, too.

    3/20/19-goal of 210# reached (2nd time getting to 210#).

    March 22, 2019 ~209.2#
    3/29/19= 209#. It was a bad couple of days to end my week. Still down 0.2#. I'll take it!

    April 5, 2019=205.6#. Down 3.4#.
    4/12 204.2#. Down 1.4#.
    04/13/19 202.6#. I see a new future of new low weights! I was 201.3# on 6/21/13 when I started MFP. I am 1.3# away from that number. I am very excited! It has been too long that I have been under 200#. I had always sworn that I would NEVER be over 200# and that I would starve myself if needed. Well a new scale was bought and immediately I was 205#. That was around 16 years ago that I first saw that big number. Little did I know that I would see a pregnancy weight of 264# or my heaviest non pregnancy weight of 236.8#. I am feeling so much better! God has truly answered my prayers and has motivated me to do something about my weight. Over a year ago I was blessed with food allergies. But I have now realized how much better I can feel when I am eating right and not eating all the processed I used to be eating. I hope eventually I will learn to like cooking, I look forward to that day. But so far, I have made changes I can live with. I plan to keep this up after Lent also. I haven't felt this good for YEARS!
    4/19/19 203.6# down 0.6#. Not down as far as I would have liked, but my last 2 days have been terrible.
    4/26/19 204.4# up 0.8#.

    6/20/19 Today I weighed in at 201.2#. That was my first weigh in weight with MyFitnessPal back on 6/21/13. One day shy of exactly 6 years. I'm down 2.6# from last week.
    6/28/19 201.4#. I am really mad that my weight is up today. I was 200.8# yesterday. My calories intake was good. My water intake was good. I should have been under 200# today! 🤬 Now I'm even up from last week. Could I just be catching up from my vacation?

    7/3 199.4# I'm finally under 200#. It has been 16 or 17 years. Yay!

    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    March 21, 2019 starting weight - 142.6 (ten-day rolling average 141.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 142 - 148)

    I achieved my goal during the Winter challenge, and I've started the difficult job of keeping it off. I'm going to participate in the Spring challenge if y'all don't mind. My new pair of challenges are not gaining back and also not losing much more.

    March:
    March 28: 141.8 (10-day average 143.2)
    March 31: 142.8 (10-day average 143.2)

    April:
    April 4: 142.6 (10-day average 143.0)
    April 28: 144 (10-day average 142.0)

    May:
    May 5: Should be May 2; I was away from scale since April 28. 144.0 (10-day average 142.1).

    Weight lost this week: I had a spike this week because I gave mysel permission to enjoy lots of food vendors at Oregon Country Fair. After I got home, I picked up a GI bug and couldn't eat for a couple days. The scale says that I lost a bunch of weight over a short time, but I know some of it will come right back once I can start to eat again. I like the progress, but it's not sustainable or healthy, and I wish this bug on NOBODY. Well, there's one guy.... Aside from that, I'm getting back on track to my ultimate goal weight, and I feel better to say, once again, that I'm in maintenance.

    July Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
    July Actual: I am in my maintenance range, but not currently at my goal.

    Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148.
    Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Looks good today. Check back tomorrow or next week.

    Hi, my name is Jenn and I am 39. I'm back for another round. The last one was not one of my best ones, only lost 3.5 pounds. With all of the holidays and vacations I bounced around the same 10 pounds. My lowest was 148 something and my highest was 157 something. So a new challenge and a new start!


    Weigh in days will be Friday
    Challenge Starting Weight ~ 3/20 151.8 my ending weight in the autumn challenge
    Challenge Goal Weight ~ 140

    March 21, 2019 ~ 150.9 nice drop for the first day of a new challenge! 10.9 pounds to go!
    3/22 ~ 150.9 same as yesterday
    3/29 ~ 150.1 was hoping to get out of the 150's but I am still here!

    March EW: 150.1 Lost .8 pounds (10.1 pounds left)

    April 5, 2019 ~ 148.1 loving this! staying focused this time and really trying to get below 145.
    4/12 ~ 148.8 up just a bit this week, but had dinner out last night and a couple of beers
    4/19 ~ 151.9 first day back from vacation. Was gone 5 days and didn't do terrible. Kinda of impressed with myself.
    4/26 ~ 147.6 Good week so far. Luckily most of last week was water weight and sodium from vacation. Hopefully May will be a little better, but happy with April's progress.

    April EW: 147.6 Lost 2.5 pounds (7.6 pounds left)

    May 3 ~ 147.3 Only down 3/10 of a pound, but it was my anniversary this week.
    5/10 ~ 146.5 New low and happy with this. Hopefully I am well out of the 150's.
    5/17 ~ 148.0 2 restaurant meals yesterday, but well worth it. 2nd oldest graduated high school yesterday!
    5/24 ~ family vaca in Colorado
    5/31 ~ 149.3 I am finishing a little up this month, but May has been rough. Still in the 140's though!

    May EW: 149.3 gained 1.7 pounds (9.3 pounds left)


    June 7 ~ 147.1 I am finally getting back down. I am really hoping for a new low next week! In other news my middle child turned 17 this week! Can't believe how fast it is going!
    6/14 ~ 146.1 A new low finally! Now to keep it going. I really want to see a 145 on the scale multiple times before we go into July! 2 more weeks and almost at my goal for the month!
    6/21 ~ 148.0 was lower all week, but had pizza for dinner last night. 1 week left and still have not met my goal
    6/28 ~ 148.0 same as last week. Lots of crazy stuff going on. 2 more days to get down at least 1 more pound.

    June EW: 145.9 lost 3.4 pounds (5.9 pounds left)

    7/5 ~ 146.7 up a bit, but that’s ok. 4th of July was nice and didn’t do to bad.
    7/12 ~ 144.6 I am staying focused and it is paying off. Hopefully I will have 2 more great weigh ins like this one.
    7/19 ~ 145.3 I am ok with this. Was holding on to some water weight or something all week and finally coming back down

    Sorry, guys. My internet has been out, or mostly out, since I last posted in March. Very aggravated, but hope you all are doing well on your fitness journeys.     3/29/19= 209#. It was a bad couple of days to end my week. Still down 0.2#. I'll take it!

    April 5, 2019=205.6#. Down 3.4#.
    4/12 204.2#. Down 1.4#.
    04/13/19 202.6#. I see a new future of new low weights! I was 201.3# on 6/21/13 when I started MFP. I am 1.3# away from that number. I am very excited! It has been too long that I have been under 200#. I had always sworn that I would NEVER be over 200# and that I would starve myself if needed. Well a new scale was bought and immediately I was 205#. That was around 16 years ago that I first saw that big number. Little did I know that I would see a pregnancy weight of 264# or my heaviest non pregnancy weight of 236.8#. I am feeling so much better! God has truly answered my prayers and has motivated me to do something about my weight. Over a year ago I was blessed with food allergies. But I have now realized how much better I can feel when I am eating right and not eating all the processed I used to be eating. I hope eventually I will learn to like cooking, I look forward to that day. But so far, I have made changes I can live with. I plan to keep this up after Lent also. I haven't felt this good for YEARS!

    6/20/19 Today I weighed in at 201.2#. That was my first weigh in weight with MyFitnessPal back on 6/21/13. One day shy of exactly 6 years. I'm down 2.6# from last week.
    6/28/19 201.4#. I am really mad that my weight is up today. I was 200.8# yesterday. My calories intake was good. My water intake was good. I should have been under 200# today! 🤬 Now I'm even up from last week. Could I just be catching up from my vacation?

    7/3 199.4# I'm finally under 200#. It has been 16 or 17 years. Yay!

    Hi, my name is Jenn and I am 39. I'm back for another round. The last one was not one of my best ones, only lost 3.5 pounds. With all of the holidays and vacations I bounced around the same 10 pounds. My lowest was 148 something and my highest was 157 something. So a new challenge and a new start!

    March 21, 2019 ~ 150.9 nice drop for the first day of a new challenge! 10.9 pounds to go!
    3/22 ~ 150.9 same as yesterday
    3/29 ~ 150.1 was hoping to get out of the 150's but I am still here!

    March EW: 150.1 Lost 1.7 pounds (10.1 pounds left)

    April 5, 2019 ~ 148.1 loving this! staying focused this time and really trying to get below 145.
    4/12 ~ 148.8 up just a bit this week, but had dinner out last night and a couple of beers
    4/19 ~ 151.9 first day back from vacation. Was gone 5 days and didn't do terrible. Kinda of impressed with myself.
    4/26 ~ 147.6 Good week so far. Luckily most of last week was water weight and sodium from vacation. Hopefully May will be a little better, but happy with April's progress.

    April EW: 147.6 Lost 2.5 pounds (7.6 pounds left)

    May 3 ~ 147.3 Only down 3/10 of a pound, but it was my anniversary this week.
    5/10 ~ 146.5 New low and happy with this. Hopefully I am well out of the 150's.
    5/17 ~ 148.0 2 restaurant meals yesterday, but well worth it. 2nd oldest graduated high school yesterday!
    5/24 ~ family vaca in Colorado
    5/31 ~ 149.3 I am finishing a little up this month, but May has been rough. Still in the 140's though!

    May EW: 149.3 gained 1.7 pounds (9.3 pounds left)


    June 7 ~ 147.1 I am finally getting back down. I am really hoping for a new low next week! In other news my middle child turned 17 this week! Can't believe how fast it is going!
    6/14 ~ 146.1 A new low finally! Now to keep it going. I really want to see a 145 on the scale multiple times before we go into July! 2 more weeks and almost at my goal for the month!
    6/21 ~ 148.0 was lower all week, but had pizza for dinner last night. 1 week left and still have not met my goal
    6/28 ~ 148.0 same as last week. Lots of crazy stuff going on. 2 more days to get down at least 1 more pound.

    June EW: 145.9 lost 3.4 pounds (5.9 pounds left)

    7/5 ~ 146.7 up a bit, but that’s ok. 4th of July was nice and didn’t do to bad.
    7/12 ~ 144.6 I am staying focused and it is paying off. Hopefully I will have 2 more great weigh ins like this one.
    7/19 ~ 145.3 I am ok with this. Was holding on to some water weight or something all week and finally coming back down
    7/26 ~ 143.1 So far this has been an excellent month!

    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    March 21, 2019 starting weight - 142.6 (ten-day rolling average 141.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 142 - 148)

    I achieved my goal during the Winter challenge, and I've started the difficult job of keeping it off. I'm going to participate in the Spring challenge if y'all don't mind. My new pair of challenges are not gaining back and also not losing much more.

    March:
    March 28: 141.8 (10-day average 143.2)
    March 31: 142.8 (10-day average 143.2)

    April:
    April 4: 142.6 (10-day average 143.0)
    April 28: 144 (10-day average 142.0)

    May:
    May 5: Should be May 2; I was away from scale since April 28. 144.0 (10-day average 142.1).
    May 30: 144.0 (10-day average 144.8)


    June:
    June 6: 145.4 (10-day average 146.0)
    June 11: 144.0 (10-day average 145.4)
    June 20: On the river!
    June 21: On the way home from the river! Scale weight June 22 was 143.2.

    Weight lost this week: This is why I like to use trends. The scale says I gained 1.8 pounds this week, but my ten-day average is down 1.0 pounds. I choose to recognize the trend as a more valuable metric. I seem to be maintaining at my "revised" goal weight, although I'm still trying to get back down to my original goal and maintenance range. That said, I am still really trying to decide what my long-term goals should be. I mean I've only been at this a few years....

    July Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
    July Actual: I am in my maintenance range, but not currently at that goal. My revised goal is 145, and I'm right there.

    Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148.
    Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Looks good today. My revised range is 140 - 150; I am smack in the middle.
