    Everyone is doing great today! I'm keeping up...busy and slightly sick tonight (nothing terrible...stuffy headed and mild fever) I'm trying to drink plenty of water after my terrible week...I peeked at the scale yesterday right after Passover and it was almost a +10lbs for me....that is what salt does to me. I just can't handle it.

    @mram3582 - Reminding you that I'll be out of town without access to a scale. I'll be weighing in on Saturday rather than Friday. Ditto for both of us on sodium. I gained 5 lbs in 2 days! I wish you a better week than last. Onward and upward.

    After a totally shocking weekend of over eating (and exercise) I need to try and claw back a very bad week!
    I'm hoping to reverse the calories gained over the weekend before Fridays weight in.
