    Although I am losing wt, I didn’t push myself at all this past week. Need to add cardio this week to atleast get little closer to my goal.

    Good drop in weight, but don’t think I can make it to the original goal. Happy to see a different number (151) though!

    Thrilled to have survived Easter dinners and candy this weekend and still stay under 130. I havent been in the 120's in about 6 years so this milestone feels pretty great.
