    What a transformation! Congrats!

    I used to be obsessed with the scale, weighing every day, usually multiple times. I decided that this go around I would try to weigh only once per week or less. It's working better for me.

    I can barely handle only eating 1300 calories, so 800 would have me extremely hangry for sure! My weight loss is steady, so I guess slow is okay for me as long as I get there eventually. 🤷‍♀️

    That’s so kind, Thank you. Embarrassingly, predictably some of my loss has been regained. I’m currently 8 lb up on my goal. But - I’m back on track. I make peace with maintenance being a slightly bouncy journey, and maybe I will forever be losing and re-gaining 10 pounds. As long as I catch myself before it goes too far, I’m okay with that. 😊
