i CAN do this!?!

I’ve tried many diet fads and besides the last one (keto) nothing really worked. But then sticking to keto after a few months got boring. I lost 20 lbs on that and gained about 9 of that back since January. In just this last week of starting to track and count calories, I’ve lost 5 of that. I haven’t changed my diet TOO much (besides just cutting out a few drinks) but paying attention to how much I eat and sticking w 3 miles on the treadmill 5 days a week has surprisingly helped. And I just feel better all around. This isn’t bad, I like it. I can stick w this. Everyone else out there can, too! Good luck all!
