    Hi and welcome.
    Breakfast today.Tea with 1 tsp sugar. Small soft boiled egg. 2 swedish rye crisp bread. 1 pat butter divided over the 2 crisp bread. 1 thin slice cheese divided into two halves for on top crisp bread. Few thin slices cucumber on top.
    1/2 cup tomato juice with a little black pepper for flavor. Calories total 279.
