Waited until about 11pm before going outside for a run and then hitting the gym after.
Even then, it was close to 26c.
Definitely looking forward to getting our bland English weather back lol. It’s far easier to run for much longer times and further distances at 16c than 26 😂

Waited until about 11pm before going outside for a run and then hitting the gym after.
Even then, it was close to 26c.
Definitely looking forward to getting our bland English weather back lol. It’s far easier to run for much longer times and further distances at 16c than 26 😂

We’re definitely not used to any kind of hot weather over here.
It’s just hit 40c now and still rising - the hottest day on record over here.
Meanwhile… Jo be like… hold my drink 😂
That said, I like heat but I don’t like not being able to run for long when it’s so warm!1 -

😂 usually I hold off from posting selfies with actual sweat on them but… just walking into the gym with no AC (broken AC) was enough to start.
So, I figured I’d get on with my workout and just suck it up.
Looking forward to more ‘normal’ temperatures here!
A little sun would be nice… just less heat!

Sure! It was only 94f here today but 105f with the heat index. Perfect for paddle boarding.1 -
