section below on this page. You will not need to post daily, but please let us know if you will be joining in and let us know at the end if you successfully completed the challenge.
Challenge - You will need to select from the group of exercises listed below to complete a minimum of 1080 reps total for the month. You can pick one, two or even all if you want. You can do any style or variety as long as you meet the total number by the end of the month. You can go to YouTube for any ideas of a certain exercise.
How you break them down daily/weekly is up to you. If you were to pick two different exercises for example, the break-down could look similar to this:
540 jumping jacks (20 reps for 27 days)
540 squats (20 reps 27 days)
Remember, challenges may require a little more effort but are doable. Don’t do something TOO easy, challenge yourself!

- Sit ups
- Push ups
- Lunges (both legs equal one rep)
