    Just checking in. Hi all! :) Weight has been at a standstill but Ive also been eating over my calories due to stress. And this weekend was crappy due to the holiday eating. Plus I have cramps and Im cranky so I came to work and ate a GF almond brownie for as breakfast. Back on track for lunch, salad it is! I also really need to start doing some HIIT or weights, something more than just treadmill walking. :disappointed:

    Try to add a little more lean protein and fiber to keep you from hungry. 1/4 cup of plain cottage cheese and a handful of berries is my go to.

    Total loss this month of 7 lbs!!

    Goals for May:
    Log all my calories daily
    Drink at least 1.5 L of water daily
    Stay under my calorie goal daily
    30 minutes of exercise at least 3 days/week

    I did log my calories every day. For my other three goals I did have a few days here and there when I did not meet them. I also successfully navigated Mother’s Day, a birthday, and a Memorial Day cook out!

    This month I met a goal I neglected to mention; getting my BMI out of the obese range!
