Can some one tell me how many calories are in raw lamb mince per 100g? Too many confusing entries..

According to the USDA, 100g of ground lamb is 282 kcal.

See here for full details... https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/17224

I'm not sure I would assume that fat levels in whatever standard the USDA database uses are the same as they would be in a U.K. product (since OP said lamb "mince," I'm assuming U.K., or at least not U.S.).

Agreed, and the USDA database has multiple options for lamb... also had New Zealand and Australian ground lamb and a ton of other options depending on the cut. But without more details (and not wanting to be "confusing") I figured the generic entry would help.

    Definitely.

Didn't intend it as criticism, just wanted to raise the issue for OP. Maybe there's some similar database in U.K. (or wherever OP is), or some indication on the packaging what the fat % is, or whether the mince came from a particular cut.

Yes I’m from the UK and it is lean lamb mince. Most of the fat has been removed.

OP, look at lean lamb mince on the Tesco/Sainsburys /Asda etc. webpages and see the nutritional values there. Average it out if they differ.
