Gained some weight back

Recently i have been slacking and binging on food and end up gaining around 2 - 3 pounds and i started to eat healthy again but i find it very hard to do without thinking about food all the time. I have a binge eating problem btw i like to eat to a point i can’t breathe sometimes and it’s hard to stay in control most times. Is their any tips that can cure this? Plus my fitness pal told me to eat around 1,240 calories to loose 2 pounds a week that’s a bit less , should i eat more ?
