Hello, I'm new to MyFitnessPal (for the 3rd time:)) trying to continue to get to my goal weight and overall wellbeing with a healthier ME! I've not participated in the community before and figure this time I would try to connect with others in their journey to better health.
I am a mother of 2, a grandmother of 3 and at a young (mental) age of 25ish. I love to quilt, walk, ride bike and looking to try ThaiChi or another form of movement control for balance and strengthening muscles. I wish all of you continued success in your health and look forward to meeting you.
