Hey everyone
I’ve been doing Shaun T workouts since March. I feel like I’ve made progress
(Dropped clothing sizes) but I’ve also gained a lot of weight. Like 7 pounds since March. Is that normal ?3 -

Hi everyone.. been doing BOD since January.. finished MM100 and currently doing 2nd round of Liift 4 💪🏽 love that program but wanted to try 80 day obsession.. question is does anybody know of other alternatives to the power slides? I want to make sure this is the program for me before investing in them. Will be getting booty bands from Amazon though but the slides on Amazon are about 7" compared to the 9" u get from BB. Can someone please let me know if the size difference will matter in this instance? Thx in advance for any help 😊0

Starting week 3 of Barre blend. My core feels so tight. I believe the workouts increase to 35 mins this week.
Down from 123lbs to 118, 5 lbs. I've lost about .5-.25 inch around my butt and .5 off my hips.2 -
Starting Day 1 Week 1 of Barre Blend tomorrow. I’m really happy with my body. Just trying to tone up the jiggle and wiggle. And I adore Elise from BB yoga. I find her enthusiasm contagious.0
