    Starting week 3 of Barre blend. My core feels so tight. I believe the workouts increase to 35 mins this week.
    Down from 123lbs to 118, 5 lbs. I've lost about .5-.25 inch around my butt and .5 off my hips.

    Starting Day 1 Week 1 of Barre Blend tomorrow. I’m really happy with my body. Just trying to tone up the jiggle and wiggle. And I adore Elise from BB yoga. I find her enthusiasm contagious.

    Loved the first two! Lots of lifting, the rotating chest press and decline press together was tough yesterday but in a nice way. I don't know how I feel about a HIIT only day but I haven't reached it yet, I'm not too excited about that one. When I finish the program I'm thinking about redoing weeks 7&8 and then starting over from the beginning.

    Loving this week! Still feel a mild burn on my legs from the other day, I bet arms will hurt tomorrow. I like it a lot.

    Currently doing p90x again. Really let myself go after developing some health issues a couple years ago. Sucks because I lost a ton of weight:(

    Whatever can't change that, 7.5 lbs down so far and fingers crossed some random crap doesnt pop up and take me out of it again.
